Welcome to Kaprayy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kaprayy mobile application and services. By using our app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kaprayy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of Kaprayy, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

You agree to use Kaprayy only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in any fraudulent activity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to access the app without permission

We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are estimates only.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Returned within 7 days of delivery

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

All content on Kaprayy, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kaprayy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

By submitting reviews, ratings, or other content to Kaprayy, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kaprayy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The app is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the app will meet your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaprayy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the app or services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaprayy, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Kaprayy at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
